Mod Russel Wright pottery coffee or soup mugs w/ ring handles, retro mid-century modern

Pair of mod heavy pottery coffee mugs, big enough to use as soup bowls! (They measure 2 1/2" tall, about 4" in diameter at the rim). These are unmarked, both in excellent condition. We've been told that these are Russel Wright Cedar Brown for Sterling China.
