International packages generally go by USPS. Insurance is not always available with foreign shipments.

We accept returns of any item in the original condition sold, for whatever reason - we want happy customers.
Please contact us within five days from receipt of your package with any problems - damage in transit, or if you'd like to return. Then just ship the package back to us.

We don't offer holiday wrapping (sorry!) but hand package every order carefully and neatly using new materials with recycled content for the package cushioning and fill, and a plain recycled box. We're picky about packing, to give our customers the best of all worlds - packages which are safe, secure, and green!

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Visa/MasterCard through our merchant account, as well as PayPal and of course, checks and money orders as well.
Q: I live outside the continental US. How much will it cost to ship my item?
A: It depends on where you live. Different rates apply for Alaska, and Hawaii, as well as internationally. Just e-mail us with your location and we'll send you a shipping quote.
Q: How soon will my item ship?
A: Most orders ship within the first full business day after receipt of payment. Orders paid for with checks will be held till checks clear.
Q: How good is your packing?
A: Excellent! We've received lots of compliments, and since we use recycled materials whenever possible, it's green to!

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
A: All of our domestic packages are fully insured ( insurance is not always available on some USPS international packages.) Please notify us of any damage within 48 hours of the receipt of the package and we'll be able to handle the entire insurance claims process for you from our end.
We'll need photos of the damage to the item (digital photos attached to an email are fine.) and the original shipping box to start processing your claim.
