70s vintage Mattel baby toy, spinning face clown psychedelic color spirals

1979 Mattel clown face spinner, very cool, just a little scary! It's about 5" in diameter across the face, 8" across the entire piece. Works well, but shows a little wear and soil to the blue plastic framing.
