Shades of blue crinkled glass pitcher vases, vintage Seneca? Mongantown?

Two crinkled and wrinkled pattern glass mini pitchers with hand-applied handles, made as collectible pieces or vases, 60s or 70s vintage.

These are both about 4 1/2" tall, and both pitchers are in very nice condition without chips or damage.

These look like blown and pressed glass to us - no pontil marks, but obviously handmade handles. We're guessing West Virginia glass, they don't really look like Italian glassware to us, and the little pitchers generally seem to be an all-American shape!
