Mid-century vintage crackle glass, hand blown glass vase w/ King label

Mid-century vintage hand blown and decorated crackle glass vase with remains of King glass label (Italian glass, we think? We haven't been able to learn anything at all about this maker.)

The color is a pale bottle green, and the shape measures about 3 3/4" x 3 3/4". It's in very nice condition without damage.
