Figural decanter bottle, vintage crinoline lady, sunbonnet belle

We are calling this lovely lady decanter bottle Marie, since her head is having some trouble remaining attached to her body! This decanter was made to have a plastic fitting at the stopper and the neck of the bottle, but has none now, although the glass in in excellent condition. Marie is about 12 1/2" tall overall.
