Vintage Fenton hobnail milk glass, crimped ruffle flower bowl vase

Unmarked hobnail milk glass flower bowl, vintage Fenton or Westmoreland glass? It's hand blown and shaped, with a ruffle crimped rim about 9 1/2" in diameter.

It's a little dusty from years of display, but aside from that - perfect. Stands 4 3/4" tall.
