Tall mod decanter bottle or long necked vase, vintage 60s art glass

Retro green blown glass bottle vase, 16" tall. This is probably 60s Italy, it looks to us more like Italian art glass than Blenko or similar, it's very even in shaping, beautifully crafted with a thin, fine neck. It's in excellent condition, and we love the classic bottle green color!
