60s vintage ashtray with removable top for cleaning, heavy terracotta pottery with hand-painted flowers, unmarked, but made in Italy, we think (possibly Spain?).
This measures 3" tall x 3 3/4" in diameter. There are a few small chips under the rim, which don't show at all when the cover is in place.
