Huge set mod 60s atomic flower footed glasses, plastic party barware

Huge set of 70s retro plastic glasses with mod flower design, great footed shape.

The undersides are marked Designed by David Douglas - Made of Genuine Accalac - Patent Pending. (Accalac seems to be a plastic type material, rather than a melamine / melmac. All I've been able to find out about it for certain is that it has the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.)

This is a set of 16 matching tumblers, all 4 3/4" tall. These look very good overall, with some minimal scratching to the design from being stored nested inside each other. It's a good-looking retro set for everyday use, or a large enough set for entertaining.
