Lot of four assorted CCD modules for repairing digital cameras or building your own. There are two that are marked "Sharp - made in Japan - QPWB A154SDE0" and two that are marked "3COM Corp - 1999 - NEP-16 - 94V-0" & "1.012.0777-B". We don't have any documentation for these, but you might be able to find some on line.

These are from the estate of a industrial communications engineer and shortwave radio enthusiast. We don't know much about them and haven't tested them.
