Mid-century vintage danish modern Dansk - Quistgaard copper casserole pot

Early 1960s vintage Dansk brand Danish casserole pan, without cover, measures 9" diameter x 3 1/2" deep. This is well made, professional quality cookware, years ahead in design of the later French copperware.

This is marked Dansk Designs - Denmark - JHQ, a great early Scandinavian modern piece from designer Jens Quistgaard.

The tinned interior looks good, though there is some light scratching inside and out from use. It's tarnished, we haven't polished it.
