Marked Sarah Coventry pin, silver tone metal costume jewelry, on what we believe is the original card. The pin is 1 7/8" in diameter, and the card is marked Trellis, #6826.
I think this is probably 70s, it came out of a lot of estate jewelry all from that period. It's in excellent condition, doesn't look as though it was ever worn.
